Gary Chaw down with chicken pox
Taiwan’s crooning celebrity Gary Chaw is down with chicken pox. ):
According to news reports, Gary had returned to his hometown in Sabah, Malaysia during the Chinese New Year period when his son had chicken pox soon after. But well, unfortunately Gary had an misunderstanding that he had acquired chicken pox, thus the immunity, so in the end, he had the pox as well. Poor dad!
But never mind let’s hope it will be a good time of rest for Gary to spend more time with his family members during this CNY period, welcoming the Year of Ox amidst family warmth. (:
More mindblowing songs please
leehom the electrician!

Taiwan’s MUSIC MAN Wang Lee Hom actually has the potential to be a great electrician?
So it seems that Lee Hom had personally changed the light bulbs at the music company to those of energy-saving nature. News revealed that he had expressed his wish to spread the message of using such bulbs through his influence in the community, in an attempt to save energy and the Earth. Lee Hom is said to be Taipei’s environmental ambassador. The celebrity has even taken steps to set a good example by using energy saving ones for all the light bulbs at his place.
Wu Chun’s fangirl “wife”
Taiwanese celebrity Wu Chun is down for some fan frenzy again! not too surprising, considering his good hawt looks (:
But apparently this fanatic fan of his actually attached her passport and bank passbook together with a much-fantasised fan letter to the male star! In the letter, she had addressed Wu Chun as her dear husband and signed off as his wife. It was reported in sina.com that the contents of the letter even included ridiculous stuff such as the early arrival of the fan’s menstrual period and a request to the celebrity to elope with her. what a joke! However at the same time, we also can understand the worries of the celebrity’s manager with such out-of-the-norm fangirl actions, we can’t help but worry for Wu Chun’s safety and privacy at the same time.
jay chou in sci-fi serial
Sorry guys if this news is already outdated for a few weeks, just kinda excited to hear some news on Jay Chou!
News have revealed that Jay Chou is set to produce, direct and act in a 20-episode sci-fi TV series titled “Xiong Mao Xia” which can be translated to Panda Man. Members of Taiwanese group Nan Quan Ma Ma who are close friends of Jay will be cast as the leading roles. Expected guest stars include ex-f4 member Jerry Yen, S.H.E and Zhou Xun.
However, no exact schedule has been cast to stone.
But coming from a talented member of the showbiz industry, it’s definitely something worth looking forward to. (:
undies woe
News have reported that Taiwanese celebrity Rainie Yang had revealed shocking news that she had worn Wilber Pan’s undies before! Both Rainie and Wilber were co-stars in drama “Miss No Good” or 不良笑花 where they shared some on-screen chemistry.
It was mentioned that this incident had happened during the filming of the drama, when the girl had to act out a scene in which she fell unglamly on the ground. To prevent embarassment, she was in urgent need of a pair of shorts and the seemingly only pair to save the day was Wilber’s boxers shorts!
However, Rainie did deny any off-screen chemistry with the guy. Aww.
barbie’s new love
Taiwanese female celebrity Barbie Hsu has a new guy in her life – Peter Ho! It was said the couple has been together for the past month, after Peter’s aggresive courtship for the past half year.
During a media interview with Peter in May, he did mention that he had carried the torch for Barbie since three years ago when they acted in a drama together, citing that he had a good impression of the girl and that she was remarkably different. (Then what about the rumour of Peter Ho and Jang Na Ra?? =p)
However when the media approached Barbie’s and Peter’s company managers as well as Barbie’s celebrity sister, all of them expressed ignorance about the couple’s courtship.
Now let the world mourn over the loss of another single cool male celebrity to gush over. -.-
they look alike!

just my thought, Danson Tang (or more affectionately known as Tang Yu Zhe) from Taiwan looks rather alike, when compared with Korea’s Hero Jae Joong. or at least in these 2 shots, the hair made a hell lot of difference i suppose (:
Jae Joong has been always known as the pretty boy and he was ranked top in one of the polls this year, crowned the Most Handsome Man in Asia. -gush- Danson Tang on the other hand is a Taiwanese actor who started his career as a model before pursuing an acting career and subsequently singing.
vic chou’s purple hair!

I was browsing entertainment sites until I chanced upon this picture of ex-F4 member Vic Chou with purple hair! what’s up with this futuristic hairstyle, pardon me but I would definitely preferred it if he brings back his nice hair colour back. dark brown is fine too! But fyi, this picture was taken when Vic Chou attended the “Boss Fashion Show”, during which he mentioned that he hasn’t been meeting his ex girlfriend Barbie Hsu but still regarded her as an important person in his life.
Jay’s new girl?

There’s talks that famous Taiwanese celebrity Jay Chou has someone new in his love life, after breakup with host Patty Hou. The female lead in this saga is seemingly a new addition to the Taiwan entertainment circle – 19-year-old Jiang Yu Chen, it is also noted that Jay has been hanging around with her rather often in recent months. Rumours reveal that both of them might have toured USA together lately and Jay might have bought her a posh car as well as a lover gift. There are even news that mentioned that Jiang has the key to Jay’s residence!!! ( D=)
But well, as all entertainment rumours go, this ‘couple’ has remained mum about everything, denying any relationship going on between them.
Patty Hou, a love child?
(TOM.com)

Taiwanese reports have revealed that famous celebrity Patty Hou is actually a love child, her mummy being rumoured to be a third party. Her mum was a well known Min Nan singer back in the 1970s. Having fallen in love with another singer in the industry who happened to be already married, the latter was said to be the ‘mistress’, giving birth to Patty Hou in 1977. When Patty Hou was 5, her mum broke up with her alleged father and became the mistress of a tycoon, and eventually became the wife.
What a complicated family background, we really gotta salute the paparazzi’s hard work of sourcing this out.
